Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Department: Sales

Location: Mumbai


1) Sales Achievement

Draw the plan of action for the achievement of set targets

Assess market potential& fix volumes & margin, targets keeping in line with our market share objective for the state

Plan& effectively monitor sales promo campaigns, demand generation programs and customer acquisitions for business to drive the sales.

Plan sales promotional activities in field with available budgets & deliver expected incremental improvements

Effectively handling of channel issues, customer compliance & keep the channel partners motivated & compliant as per our corporate guidelines/ SOPs

Ensure effective communication & periodic visits to dealers, distributors, customers to understand & appreciate their concerns & drive resolutions

2) Network Expansion

Derive Network plans for acquired regions

Interphase for respective regions various stakeholders including external agencies to develop Network Planning Tool to identify stretches for network expansion.

To understand the concept of the Network Tool, methodology and operating the model tool adopted from external agency and develop one in the long run.

Co-ordinate with Field on identified stretches and ensuring timely submission of stretch specific appraisal (TA surveys), seeking inputs / clarification and responding to queries from the various stakeholders.

Facilitate release of specs for NROs to Land team to scout for suitable land parcels

Monitoring progress to ensure that there is no time lag in the movement of documents between the various stakeholders and the desired objectives are met.

Job Description :
a) Responsible for Fund Raising, M&A activities via banks, private equity or through any other medium
b) Responsible for identifying the potential lenders/financials/Investors/ private equity
c) Identifying efficient consultants and coordinate with them for funding related activities
d) Expert in designing & making financial modelling.
Structuring of funding transactions
e) Building and reviewing complex financial models & analysing key business drivers
f) Responsible for monitoring and controlling the flow of cash
g) Oversee daily operations of the finance department
h) Responsible for preparation of financial forecasts
i) Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions
j) To maintain good relationship with external bodies like banks, regulators, auditors and external consultants for smooth functioning of the finance department
k) To keep oneself updated with the updation of finance laws and make necessary changes in the system of the company
