Job Description

• conduct Market Research to Identify Selling Possibilities and Evaluate Customer Needs

• actively Seek Out New Sales Opportunities Through Cold Calling, Networking and Social Media

• build a Solid Inside Sales / Lead Generation Team that Exceed Sales Goal

• ensure Sales Pipeline Remains Full with Qualified Leads and Prospects

• set Up Meetings with Potential Clients and Address the Pain Points and Advice On the Best Possible Solutions with Options to Choose From.

• ensure the Availability of Stock for Sales and Demonstrations

• develop Quotations in Cooperation with the Senior Based On Identified Sales Strategy and Information Collected from Customer or Partners as Assigned

• negotiate/close Deals and Handle Complaints or Objections

• collaborate with Team Members to Achieve Better Results

• identify Areas of Improvement in the Company and Assist in Creating and Implementing Solutions.

• being Prepared for Every Call or Meeting

• coordinating with Internally for Commercials & Product Delivery.

• perform Routine Follow Up Calls as per Renewal Procedure to Hit Renewal Sales Goals

• report to Senior Management On Sales Metrics, Opportunities & Threat.

• ensure Accurate and Complete Information is Captured in Customer Relationship Management System. Provide Data Quality Checks Weekly.

• conduct Post Sale Follow Up
