I. key Responsibilities

- to Attend and Support Any Business Promotional Events Organized By the Company or By Any Builder Enthusiastically

- to Manage Site Disputes and Resolves Minor Customer Issues Independently

- location Specific Knowledge of Ongoing / Completed Projects

- to Provide Guidance and Assistance to Buyers in Purchasing Property from Builders

- to Determine Clients’ Needs, Financials Abilities and Source of Funding to Suggest

an Investment that Best Suits Their Requirements

- to have a Customer Centric Approach

-to Remain Updated with Pre-launch/ongoing/completed Projects of Various

builders By Actual Site Visit

-to have Complete Knowledge About the Project Assigned By Way of Training &

guidance from Seniors

-to Compile Mis Reports of Self and External Telemarketers (if Any) On Daily Basis

-to Achieve Regularly Updated Targets Given By the Company

-to Maintain Transparency and Complete Truthfulness in Reporting to Your

seniors and all Communications with the Management
