Giving Proper Training To The Customers to The Point Of Their Satisfaction So That We

Can Avoid The Refund Cases.

3) Agreement drafting when a sale is being done.

4) Doing Quality Check As And When Required.

5) Proper coordination with Technical Lead to resolve the query of the customer at the

same time or in immediate hour.

6) Add Posting And Generation of leads for respective RM assigned And Sending immediate

email and SMS on those leads.

7) Proper Coordination with respective RMs regarding leads generated.

8) Immediate intimation of hot leads if any directly to RM and then to Team Leader for

immediate assignment on respective RMs name.

9) Updating proper information on the CRM along with the document related to customer.
