handling Different Kind of Job Portals.

sourcing Cv/resume of Candidates from Various Job Portals.

Researching On the Candidate’s Background & Understanding the Position Requirements Before Pitching to the Candidate.

Scrutinising the Resumes, Interacting with Candidates to Understand Their Capabilities, Strengths, Limitations & Identifying the Right Candidates According to Their Skills and Interests.

Academic Adviser Will Be Responsible for Providing Educational Guidance and Assistance for Students/working Professional

candidate Will Be Recommending Courses and Determining Appropriate Education Solutions for Different Types of Students/working Professional.

Provide Counselling and Advise the Students Regarding Various Courses, Products, Application Process

Ensure Higher Conversion By Being a Single Point of Interface with all Students

ensure Benefits and Advantages of Enrolment are Shared with Students. Support Enrolment Process.

generate Walk-ins from Telephonic Leads, Leads from Referrals and other Sources & Ensure Best Service & Grievances Management in Consultation with Centre Manager.

provide Counselling to Walk in Customers & Achieve Enrolment Through Counselling (if Required). Ensure Conversion from Telephonic Leads and Referrals. Maintain Confidentiality of Data.
