Job Summary
Adeeba E Services Hiring for Tech Inbound Process Voice with Fixed Salary upto 25k with very good incentive structure.
We need immediate joiners for Inbound tech process for sales.
Adeeba has a Captive Inbound Technical Support Process which running with more than 100 seats and ramping upto 200 seats to grow.
Hiring candidates with good Exp in Inbound or Outbound technical support,with very good communication skills.
• Should have the ability to take remote access and to close calls as well.
• Salary on the 1st of the month
• Fixed salary+Attractive incentive
Designation: Sales Executives
Responsibilities and Duties
Candidates need to attend calls of the customer to do troubleshoot on windows and mac computer which are related to software issues like pop calls
error codes and marlware issues and solve the issues by pitching an amount and make sales.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should excellent communication skill in English.
Candidates should know how to close calls.
Candidates should be convincing /communicative.
Candidates should have basic computer knowledge.
