Responsibilities:

1. Maintains the complete track records of the customer including the transactions, bookings and renewals.

2. Coordinates with the customer and gurus.

3. Identifies product improvement or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market requirement and competitors.

4. Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing the set targets.

5. Identifies the business opportunity and scope evaluating all possible options.
