Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and guests and direct appropriately.
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Respond to all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Answer questions and address complaints.
Handling EPBX System.
Receive and keep track of all letters, packages, record keeping etc. and distribute them
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Attending queries and escalate same to the concerned department.
Coordinate and followup for bills and complaints regarding electricity, water & phone.
Handling new extension connections, availability of new phone sets, etc as per requirement.
Assigning jobs to field boys/drivers and tracking them on a daily basis.
Maintaining attendance register on daily basis.
Monitor and record keeping of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Keep updated records and files
Filling slips of petrol and diesel on staff...
Marketing and sales executives
1. Fixing up the appointments with Architects, Developers and Interior designers on daily basis.
2. Meeting architects and explaining them about the company profile and state of the art products it has, also telling them about the innovations Bathline had done in the past and ever continuing.
3. Meeting high end interior designers and getting knowledge about their ongoing projects where Bathline can give them complete bathroom solutions.
4. Meeting developers and seeking information about their projects.
5. Generating new leads from the best possible sources and meeting the existing clients suggested by company.
