Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identifies business of window of opportunities by identifying prospects and

evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

Sells products by establishing contact and flourish relationships with prospects;

recommending solutions.

Lead generation through different sources and converting them into deals.

Responsible for sales with a focus on achieving predefined sales target and

growth.

Good at closing deals, negotiation, client handling and convincing skills.

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and

guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending

profit and service improvements..

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Corporate, Investors, retailers

and individuals of high net worth) so as to keep them abreast with the latest

developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects.

Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Candidates from Real Estate Industry will be preferred.
