Job Description

We are presently hiring for a Project Sales / Institutional Sales Executive position ( NON TRADE) which is based out of Guwahati.

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : 3 to 5 years in Project Sales / Institutional Sales for Steel / TMT / Roofing / Building Material / Paint

Salary : Up To 25 K ( Negotiable) + Incentives +TA +DA

Language : Assamese, Hindi & English

Skills: - Project Sales (Government / Institutional) / Channel Sales / Team Management.

Industry: - Building Materials – Roofing Sheet.

Region: - Guwahati

Responsibilities :-

• Will be responsible to establish & grow business/ volumes is assigned market as per SBU objective & goals.

• Sales and marketing of Roofing sheet for Institutional segment

• Ultimate objective is to meet monthly sales targets of the state.

• Will be responsible for expansion of customer base & to tap uncovered potential markets in assigned market

• Will be responsible for pre-sales and post sales activities in order to maintain highest customer service level

• Will be responsible to execute institutional centric promotional activities to grow market, increase product awareness, and improve brand visibility & product application.

• Will be responsible for managing Business through his/her team.

• Will be responsible to visit all the Architect/Contractor/Builder/Opinion leader/Engineer and generate business from
