Job Description

• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets

• Should be confident in generating new leads by own effort and convert them into sale is most important.

• Should have good knowledge in negotiation, marketing skills, communication skills and sales strategies skills.

• Should have good communication and presentation skills.

• Should be smart, confident, hardworking, dynamic and positive attitude professional.

• Should have good experience in business development growth and should have potential to achieve target in month on month.

• Should be a good and professional team.

• Should be a good motivational team player for the company and ensure all the work and targets are achieved properly in time.

• Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and processes in the lifecycle of a real estate transaction Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts as well as with old clients.

• Interact with the clients and accompany them on Site Visits.

• Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients

• Sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database.

• Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.

• Determining clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

• Should be able to perform the job without any help and achieve target given by the company.
