Job Description

PGDSRB- Post graduation Diploma In Sales & Relationship Banking

About the Program -

PGDSRB is a 45 days program with full-time classwork, followed by three months of internship session. The program is unique in both its content as well as its methodology.

PGDBO program comes with a powerful paid internship. It is for three months and follows the class-work session. The internsh facility is extended to all students on successful completion of classwork session. Students who undergo internship and on the job internship at ICICI Bank, upon successful completion, qualify for employment in ICICI Bank.

Placement Facility

Selected candidates, who are shortlisted for admission, are granted admission with placement opportunity (subject to fulfillment of specific academic and non-academic criteria). Before commencing internship, ICICI Bank will offer provisional appointment letter to the candidate. Additional terms and conditions as specified by ICICI Bank shall apply. Students also get to undergo paid Internship which helps substantially recover part-cost of the program even before the final diploma is awarded.

JD:-

Role: Value Banker/Branch Banking & Sales.

Grade: Senior Officer

Candidate must be Graduate in Regular mode of education with minimum 50%, Should be born on or after 1 July 1994.

Job Responsibilities: Identify and understand financial needs of the customers and provide suitable solutions from the array of products and services.

Contribute to branch profitability by meeting sales targets.

Acquire new customers and cross-selling of liability, assets and third party products to existing customers.

Enhance existing relationship value of managed customer portfolio by engaging regularly with them in branch as well as on-field visits.

Service customer’s banking requirements and enhance overall customer experience.

Adhere to regulatory/statutory requirements and ensure compliance.
