The candidate must be energetic, enthusiastic and must have the ability and willingness to work hard to help clients.

The work involves the following
-Work with the Manager and generate leads with various activities.
-Network with external agents to market property listings.
-Manage and follow through on leads, existing and new clients.
-Meet prospective clients and take them for site visit and close sales.

Skills
-Energetic and Enthusiastic.
-Self-organized and Detail oriented.
-Prior Sales experience preferred.
-Proficient in spoken and written Tamil.
-Proficient in spoken and written English.
-Basic Computer Skills
-Graduate Degree preferred.
