Job Description

Key Aspects:

• one of the Key Aspects of the Role – Escorting Customers to the Project Site.

• education – Any Graduation / Diploma.

• having a Positive Attitude for Doing At Least 2-3 Meetings Each Day, to Meet New People Every Day, and Someone Who Enjoys Doing Sales.

• must have a Two Wheeler with Proper Rt Documents.

• showcasing Various Properties as per the Advice of Their Respective Manager.

• should Be Aware of the Bangalore Geography.

• prior Experience in Real Estate or Any Broker Firm Will Be An Added Advantage.

• ability to Understand the Requirements of Prospective Customers with a Decent Aptitude to Understand & Showcase the Property to Prospective Customers. (humble in Nature)

• should Take High Levels of Passion and Ownership to Actions.

required Skills:

• good Communication Skills.

• good Behaviour and Etiquettes.

• language Proficiency – English & Hindi (knowing other Languages Would Be An Added Advantage).

pay Scale:

• competitive Remuneration per Annum Including Allowance (will Be Discussed In-person).

work Schedule:

• should Be Ready to Work On Weekends.

• working Days Will Be 6 Days a Week.

• weekly Off – One Day On Weekdays Only.
