1) Service existing customer accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts
2) Plan and organize daily work schedule to visit existing outlets & potential sales outlets
3) Focus sales effort by studying existing and potential customer based on product and sales volume
4) Submit orders by referring to product literature and price lists
5) Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status report on daily basis and update management for review
6) Recommend changes in products, services and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments
7) Assist in handling customer concerns and complaints. Make sure their concerns are properly addressed on time and ensure customer satisfaction
8) Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer life time value.
9) Engage customers outlet with multiple products and generate new leads
10) Plan and execute marketing activities to promote products
