Job Description


• develop and Monitor a Team of Water to Continually Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets.

• achieve all Team and Company Revenue Targets, Turnover, and Margin as per the Budget.

• collaborate with Principles, Oem’s and Customers Facing Business to Maximize Cross Selling Opportunities.

• develop and Implement Key Sales Initiatives, Programs, Trade Show Participation, and Technical Support to the

• conduct Sales Presentation, Submit Quote and Ultimately Close Sales.

• manage Revenue and Service with Existing and New Clients.

• preference Basis have to Go for Joint Calls with Engineers.

• define and Set Sales Targets and Budgets for Their Sales Team and Monitor Ongoing Performance and Conducting Monthly Review.

• preparation of Monthly Performance Reports, Review Reports and Mis for Management and Staff.

• ensure all Creditors/debtors Requests are Actions in a Timely Manner and the Appropriate Follow-ups in Conducted and Recorded.

• complete all Required Reports Accurately, in the Format Supplied and Ensuring Deadlines are Met On Time.

• responsible for all Quotes / Tenders Submitted to Govt. / Customers, Tender Maintenance is Timely and Accurate, in a Standard Professional Format.

• effectively Implement Organizational and Strategy Goals and Objectives Through the Development and Execution of An Actionable Sales Plan.

• manage the Team’s Opportunity Pipeline, Representing all Services as per the Personal Objectives Set / Sales Targets / Monthly Reviews / Oem’s Growth Target.

• ensure Crm is Completely Accurately, Efficiently and Within Expected Time Frames.

• prepare and Provide Regular Reports On Market Intelligence, Tender Activity and Competitor Activity Information for Their Area of Responsibility.

• deliver the Highest Standard in Professional Conduct, Personal Presentation and Company Image.

Job Overview:Oversee and implement all sales activities for a specific area of responsibility or market segment(s), including developing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts and implementation of sales strategies. This position reports to the Managing Director.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales Engineers. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements:BE / BTechdegree in related field. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
