Company: Branch of leading Private Sector life insurance Company

Job profile:

1. Recruit & train Insurance Advisors

2. Sell Insurance Products through Advisors

3. Keep the Insurance Advisors active and productive

4. Achieve the Target

5. Keeping track of competitors

Skills: Field movement, direct Sales, energetic, excellent communication skills, team management skills

Age: Between 25-35 years

Educational Qualification: Graduates, preferably with additional qualifications in marketing/sales

Experience: 3-8 years experience in managing a sales team

Other points:

You should be a residing in the current location for the last 2.5 years

Remuneration: Between 2 Lacs to 2.5 Lacs depending on the City plus incentives
