Job Description

Adhering to the end to end sales process from the new enquiry received from the client till the payment received (As per the existing process).

Resolves Customer Complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.

Ensuring high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) at all times

Independently manage the sales cycle end to end from cold calling, business development, negotiation and closure of the deal.

Effective account management for the existing clients

Identify potential clients and decision makers within the client

Forecast Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue.

Generate timely sales reports
