We are looking for Sales Coordinator on urgent basis

Work Location: Koperkhairane Navi Mumbai

Experience: 1+ Yrs

To respond to the routine inquiries from internal or external sources such as attending telephone, just dial and mail inquiries and do the follow-up with the same by calling etc.

To handle online enquiries and also work towards new enquiry/lead generation

To check, update & manage social media . website, FB page, IndiaMart etc.

To do follow-up with Sales & Production, Design, Stock and purchase department for work schedule, reporting of work done etc.

To intimate the support team if any installation etc. at customers place.

To get the installation and other such outside work done report from support team.

To prepare Sales / Service Quotation

To do follow up with customers for work orders and execute Sales order

To make Performa Invoice if any advance to be received

To done the verification of the Invoice with regards to Payment terms, Prices, Product, Taxes, Delivery timelines

To co-ordinate with Accounts Department for payments and other related matters

Keep ready with invoice/delivery challan before delivery

To do regular follow-up with concerned person for material and delivery

To do the Payment / receivables Follow-Ups

To do correspondence with clients on sales / services related matters etc.

To establish good rapport with dealers and extend support to them

To send introduction letters/company profile to prospective customers

To manage Service Calls / complaints etc.

To do complete follow up for Tender documentation

To prepare & maintain Sales related MIS (Management Information System) and sales related software on daily basis.

To take the full responsibility of sales activities in absence of other sales person

To maintain track book on daily basis

To co-ordinate back office support for execution on sales & services

To help Marketing department for new business opportunities by research on net

To Co-ordinate with Designer/ Production/Workshop De
