1. Utilizes company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally.
2. Tracks the performance/ targets of each employeeon a daily basis& reports the same to the head.
3. Understands and analyses the problems faced by the team and comes up with the solutions to smoothen the process.
4. Proposes the solution to the head for the approval to implement the new process.
5. Responsible for managing all levels of the team.
6. Handles the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
