Job Description

• Update & Maintain Customer Database in ERP, Card Scan

• Send Email of Company Profile, Exhibition Invitation & Festival Greetings – Regularly & as req.

• Collect & Update Customer Statutory details

• Register Inquiry, Prepare & Send Quotation, Performa Invoice

• Hand Over telephonic & online Inquiry to respective Sales Engineer

• Prepare OA with Packing Slip

• Update Packing Slip as per Dispatch Serial No.s

• File Order Packing Slips & Acknowledge Packing Slips

• Verify & Update Closed & Cancel OA

• Arrange & Generate Legal Documents for Dispatch & Transport – Way Bill Part 2, Form 402-403

• Prepare a weekly report for CEO usage

• Keep & update Product wise customer database.

• Maintain OEM customer purchase record, OEM’s End User OA Record

• Maintain Customer feedback forms

• Attain local exhibition stall

• Print & Maintain Marketing Stationeries,• ISO Audit Work,
