Job Description

Achieve the target set by the company by producing result in time.

Converting a lead into a customer.

Providing relevant documents to the customer related to price, property documents, specification, booking chart, brochure, leaflet, bank approvals etc time to time.

Daily meet at morning & evening (review) with the CRM/Senior for 15 to 30 minutes. Planning & collecting their DAR and submitting to the senior.

Attending the training programme held in the company and meeting of the company time to time.

Reporting, submitting working plan/scheduled on daily/weekly/monthly basis & DAR to the senior.

Meeting minimum 5 or more prospective buyers every single day by spending minimum 4hours or more with the customer front to front.

Coordinating with Marketing dept, Accounts dept, Admin, HR and Civil dept time to time.

Taking joint call with the CRM by moving to the market.

Sharing valuable ideas, strategies with the sub-ordinates & also giving them training related to product as well as sales process, selling skill.

Negotiating with the customers as per the price chart and as per the features, specification decided by the company and taking permission of management /senior for negotiation beyond the price list.

Living with the core values of the company and align self with the vision & mission of the company and help sub-ordinates to align themselves to the core purpose of the company.

Participating with strategy making / planning with the Marketing team, Senior Management if required
