BRANCH MANAGER

As a Company Branch Manager you have an opportunity to create a work environment that fosters the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing leadership and training to a team of Loan Specialists. You will lead your team in every facet of direct consumer lending; including business development and sales, credit underwriting, and client servicing.

The Branch Manager job responsibilities include:

•Recruiting, training, managing, and retaining of the best talent in the market.

•Growth of the overall revenue of the branch.

•Reviewing financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to ensure productivity and goal achievement.

•Conducts regular branch meetings to ensure branch and individuals are adhering to key indicators that directly impact the revenue and forecasts of the branch.

•Identifies opportunities for further expansion of services amongst current client base.

•Responsible for overall profitability of the branch through direct sales to existing and prospective clients.

Role Qualifications:

•Minimum 6 years of lending, leadership and/or related experience

•Proven track record of developing and coaching high performance sales and customer service teams

•Excellent communication skills that demonstrate the ability to build and maintain customer relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience.
