Job Description

JD- Sales Executive (across locations)

Reporting To: Studio Manager

Locations: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai

Role Requirements:

• A field intensive role where you help market, engage and connect with the walk in audiences better by selling our Yoga programs

• Effectively search prospective clients and convert sales leads, which could range from walk ins to possible clients around 3kms of the Yoga Studio

• Manage end-to-end client relationship that includes welcoming the clients, handling client queries (on call/ in person), assisting clients with our programs, client paperwork, records and outdoor promotion activity for brand promotions

• Ensure daily reporting as per the tools made available from time to time and timely and accurate updating of account data in existing MIS systems

• Execute targeted local marketing initiatives to help deliver the revenue target for the Store

• Provide timely and effective resolutions to all client issues to ensure client satisfaction of the highest level

• Retain and grow SARVA business from existing clients through Renewals, Up-sell, Cross-sell, etc.

Ideal Candidate:

• Graduate/Under Graduate with 0-1 year of relevant sales experience

• Understands the sales ecosystem in Hospitality, Retail, yoga, fitness, Wellness and/or health industry would be a plus

• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

• Deep product knowledge to craft the sales pitch accordingly

• Is strong-willed and persuasive

• Strong stake holder management skills demonstrating high ownership level to deliver targets

• Should be smartly dressed, articulate, detail-oriented and is able to multitask

• Exhibits initiative and demonstrates the ability to function independently or in a team whenever required
