a) Candidate should be Charismatic & pleasing personality with experience in Retails sales.

b) Should have ability to sell the product to the prospective customers by understanding customers need, taste andpreferences.

c) Assisting & Helping customers in the decision making. Responsible for showroom sales and total customer management.

d) Maintaining the visual merchandising standards.

e) Pleasantly greeting the walk-in customers and assisting them to the respective counter.

f) Passionate towards sales & customer service and convert

opportunities into sales.

g) Should possess excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.

h) Analyze space allocation, category wise with respect to the sales generated, stock capacity and seasons.

i) Good Customer relations management and ability to resolve customer complaints &grievances.

j) Better Understanding of Latest Trend, style and fashion.

k) Maintaining awareness of market trends and monitoring local competitors.

l) Maximizing customer satisfaction matrix by providing pre & post sale assistance.
