Job Description

1. Team – Retail Sales

2. Experience – proven B2B or B2C field sales experience of 2-3 years in FMCG, Telecom, Consumer durables or related field

3. Location – Bangalore (1)

4. Roles and responsibilities –

• Must help in Lead generation - Manage, maintain and update our sales pipeline.

• Help out in new sales - Responsible to acquire retail clients based on defined targets.

• Adoption - Ensure product adoption with acquired clients using defined strategies.

• Familiar with BTL activities

• Get payment from customers

5. Qualifications –

o Graduate with desirable experience, preferably MBA in Marketing.

o The ability and burning desire to sell and grow

o Excellent communication and presentation skills

6. Selection Procedure- Personal Interview/Skype (as required)

7. Compensation- As per industry standards (completely based on interview)
