We are looking for a Research Associate to assist on senior executive hiring
RA responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent mapping and meet your target and help to maintain healthy relationship with client.
· Understand and analyze technical job descriptions
· Map potential candidates on niche platforms, like LinkedIn and Github and other Social media
· Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
· Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
· Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with active job openings to passive candidates
· Promote company’s reputation as a specialized technical recruitment partner for Niche and Leadership hiring
· Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
· Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
