Research Associate I jobs in Bangalore - National Institute of Veterinary Epidemiology and Disease Informatics

A Walk-in interview for Three positions of Senior Research Fellow, Two positions each of Research Associate-I, Project Fellow, Project Assistant, one position each of Research Associate-II, Project Technician-III will be held on 16.01.2019 and Two positions of each Senior Research Fellow, Young Professional-II, Young Professional-I, one position of Junior Research Fellow, under various projects will be held on 17.01.2019 at 11.AM in ICAR-National Institute of Veterinary Epidemiology and Disease Informatics, Yelahanka, Bengaluru.

Qualification : PhD OR Master’s degree in Veterinary Public Health/ Microbiology/ Parasitology/ Epidemiology/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ M.Tech in Microbiology/ Biotechnology /Biochemistry from recognized university with at least 3 years research experience with at least 1 research papers in Science Citation Indexed (SCl) journal.

Experience : 1. Assist the PI in executing the surveillance and training activities. 2. Procurement of consumables & execution of laboratory works, collection of samples. 3. Frequent travel to study areas for sample collection, data collection and accomplishment of other necessary project activities. 4. Laboratory processing of samples for bacterial isolation/characterization, and reporting. 5. Assist in preparation of SOPs/ manual/ reports/ manuscripts /ppt etc., Data compilation and other services/analysis

Age Limit : 40 years for Men, 45 years for Women.
