Job Description

A Walk-in interview for Three positions of Senior Research Fellow, Two positions each of Research Associate-I, Project Fellow, Project Assistant, one position each of Research Associate-II, Project Technician-III will be held on 16.01.2019 and Two positions of each Senior Research Fellow, Young Professional-II, Young Professional-I, one position of Junior Research Fellow, under various projects will be held on 17.01.2019 at 11.AM in ICAR-National Institute of Veterinary Epidemiology and Disease Informatics, Yelahanka, Bengaluru.

Qualification : PhD OR Master’s degree in Veterinary Extension/Dairy Extension/Animal Husbandry Extension/ Veterinary preventive medicine/ Veterinary Public Health & Epidemiology / Veterinary Epidemiology /Agricultural Economics/Dairy Economics/Livestock Economics/Agricultural Extension/Agricultural Extension Education having 3 years research, teaching and design and development experience with at least 1 research papers in Science Citation Indexed (SCl) journal.

Experience : 1. Needed to co-ordinate the activities with the project staff located in four sites in (Guwahati, Assam) with the lead Centre (ICAR-NIVEDI), Bangalore. 2. The RA will co-ordinate with the Principal investigator, in developing survey instrument, pilot testing, conducting main surveys in collaboration with the field SRF/JRF at different intervals. 3. Further, involve in implementation of intervention strategies, collection of data on the impact interventions; data validation, feeding and analysis in consultation with PI of the project.

Age Limit : 40 years for Men, 45 years for Women.
