Must have worked as a Team Leader in Same Industry, having Financial Knowledge, good communication skills, Pleasing personality and Confident.
Experience: 1 – 5 years (Preferred from same industry)
Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate
Job Responsibility:
Business development through acquisition and retention of clients.
Understanding costumer requirements and providing best equalled services.
Generate clients for subscription to our research products/ services.
Generate the business as per target assigned by reporting authority
Proper planning, execution and control.
Handling customer’s queries & providing them information regarding the different services of companies.
Follow-up with clients for updating products and service
Develop a strategy the teams will use to reach its goal
Set up sales plan in order to archive sales target required by the company. Detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Analysing sales statistics and determining sales potential & inventory requirements.
Giving client’s advice and guidance on appropriate pay rates, training if require.
