The selected candidate will be working closely with well-established team of software professionals; you will be responsible for managing and /or assisting with a broad range of duties that include:
Payroll & attendance management and process all other associated requirements in a timely manner;
Responsible for implementing and rolling out employee benefits
Manage recruitment for the business. Candidate should have experience in recruiting middle to higher level positions.
Provide support to the induction of new hires;
Provide guidance and support to line managers on various company initiatives, including performance appraisals, compensation reviews, training etc.
Manage Employee grievance & conflicts through interventions & one-o-one meetings.
Responsible for Vendor Management and people management.
Supporting office infrastructure and administration
Execute all initiatives like Event & Festival Celebrations, Fun@work, etc.
Keep up to date with contemporary practices of other software development companies in the industry
Manage & execute the day to day office administration.
Knowledge of TDS and various Indian taxation filings
Occasional Liasoning with various Govt departments for IT/Tech Projects
Having knowledge of Govt. Tender Process & Approvals will be an added advantage
