Job Description

Executive Assistant:-

Managing the day-to-day operations of the office

Calendar Management

Organizing and maintaining files and records

Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments

Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations

Work with the HR, strategy and finance teams to support business analysis

Prepares and processes expense reports as well as, direct reports expenses to ensure submissions are timely and within company policy.


A candidate who is proactive, energized, mature & with good communication skills and well developed personality.
