Job Description

The candidate will be required to counsel the prospects, convert walk-ins into enrollments, handle telephonic prospects, conduct competition survey, and ensure that customers expectations are met as per the course guidelines. Alongside he/she needs to do follow ups of the non converted prospects, handle parents of the students and first hand handling of students grievances. Develop a rapport with the students and collect regular feedback of the quality of training. Counseling the students for various programs Handling the walk-in/telephonic inquiries Convince and convert the inquiries Counselling students and parents about our courses/programs.

Ensuring proper handling of all queries by effective counselling.

Converting walk-in into registrations.

Responsible for entire student admission cycle: Prospecting, Follow-ups, Counselling. Admission, Orientation, Support, Retention and Productive Output.

Attending queries, walk-ins.

Work closely with admissions, maintenance, updation of student data, forms and documents etc.

Responsible for achieving monthly admission target.

Responsible for admission process

Tapping avenues and channels for the institutes growth through the enrolment of students.

Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.

Fee collection and petty cash management as and when required.

Handling assigned administrative responsibilities.

Handling the centre administration and up keeping of the centres infrastructure.
