8. Learning Potential and Curious- Should be able to grasp any new concepts quickly and should be curious about learning new things to constantly improve himself.

9. Self Motivated- He/She should be self-driven and self-motivated who would need no outside motivation to perform his/her tasks.

10. Good Communication Skills- He/She should be able to make his/her point come across very clearly whenever needed.
