Job Description

The main responsibilities are as follows:

1. Acquire quality clients through networking, data base, market intelligence and references from existing clients.

2. Promoting business and increasing profitability through selling equity/mutual funds and Sub Broker marketing.

3. Generating Leads through cold calling and references.

4. Identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment solutions through financial planning.

5. Introduce new clients to Relationship Manager Dealing for hassle free transactions and services.

6. Maintain records of business on internal software.

7. Develop and maintain a long term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of client base.

Stock broking franchise in Pune looking for experienced Relationship Manager to source HNI & NRI clients.

We also looking for Equity dealer, commodity dealer, tele callers, investment advisors, Marketing Executive - Mutual funds, PMS, Dmat for Pune.

Purpose of this role : To generate high revenues for the organization through various channels.

1. Graduate / Post graduate freshers and with minimum 1 yr exp in Equities on the client advisory side

2. Should have sound understanding of capital markets,

3. Should be a result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, good communication skills.

4. Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.

5. Should be certified in NSE Cash, NSE Derivatives, BSE Cash & NISM Currency Derivatives.

As part of the dealing team you are responsible to Provide excellent advisory services to clients and manage their portfolio by providing best industry knowledge. Develop new clients and retain client customer base.
