Job Description

Implement our Needs based Selling approach (DISHA).

Achieve direct Sales and persistency targets.

Monitor and evaluate achievement of targets against expectations

Interact regularly with the existing customers to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.

Review their financial arrangements at least once a year.

Understand the life cycle of the customer

Service client effectively.

Minimize lapses.

Undertake the required development to support achievement of objectives.

Ensure compliance of all IRDA & Company regulations.

Code of Conduct and statutory/regulatory norms
