1. sell insurance policies directly to individual customers through personal meetings and digital platforms.
2. convert leads generated by the company or through self-sourcing into sales.
3. build and manage relationships with new and existing customers.
4. conduct product presentations and financial needs analysis.
5. achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and productivity benchmarks.
6. maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy sales.
7. provide after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
