Apply Various Sales Training Techniques (. Gamification, Case Studies and Group Activities)

Maintain Updated Records of Training Curriculum and Material

Maintain Training Roster for Stores

Ensuring the Periodical Training Certification Process

Design Quarterly Training Calendar and Publish the Same to Key Stakeholder

Check Staff Wise Training Mandate, Send Communication to Franchisee with Training Feedback &

assessment Sheets

Be Able to Identify Training Need and Design Training Need Analysis & Outcome

Develop and Document Organizational Training Policy & Procedures.
