To lead and exceed sales performance in terms of achievement of business targets, and to build a benchmark distributor / dealer channel capable of providing and achieving excellent customer experience and turnover.
Broad Responsibilities/ Major Deliverable :
Identifying new opportunities for revenue growth and developing marketing plans
Contributing to Top-line Sales at an optimal Bottom-line growth for the organization
Identifying and networking with channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
Evaluating performance & monitoring dealer sales and marketing activities
Establish strong equity of the company as the significant player with comprehensive product offering in consumer durables segment
Quarterly forecasts/Branch indents based on dealer forecasts
Competitor network details & Competitor business model (Direct or thro' channel)
Liaise with Marketing , sourcing and service team to meet customer and channel requirements.
Supervises: Frontline / Regional / Zonal Team of Sales (currently Independent role)
Reports to: CFO
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory) with MBA (Marketing) (Desirable).
Experience Range: Should have at least 10 years of sales experience with minimum 5 years in consumer durables.
Age : 30 35 years.
