Job Description

This is a client-facing position responsible for creating strong Sales & Customer Service teams across the region and leading them with success to meet the Business Plan numbers of the region. This position also entails the incumbent to drive sales numbers in the new products and services too. They are expected to show extreme leadership skills in creating and nurturing a strong sales and customer support team and ensure that the team works calm under pressure and able to multi-task effectively.

Education: Bachelors degree in any stream. Additionally MBA from an institute of repute in India is preferred.

Age: Around 40 years

Experience: min 7 years from the industry, preferably to come with a team. He should have experience of at least 1-2 years in the present position or the immediate lower position in the area of International Freight Forwarding is a must.

Deep understanding of the freight forwarding and its dynamics, Networking skills, Knowledge in Freight forwarding solutions, Ability to train teams in Product and in Sales, Positive attitude, Embrace change, interpersonal skills, leadership, teamwork, Understand customer needs and implementing, initiative, Negotiation skills, Professionalism, Ability to consistently meet deadlines, Able to travel extensively.
