Job Description

1. planning:

prepare Annual Business Plan for Territory & Submit to Vp.

create Sales Target & Marketing Activities for the Team

prepare Strategies and Target Markets Based On Season.

2. sales:

achieving Planned Annual Sales Budget.

providing Inputs for Formulation of Pricing & Short /excess of Material On Regular Basis.

collecting & Entering Order in the System.

ensure Sales to Govt. Agencies & Allied Industries for Institutional Sales.

develop New Regions and Pockets for Business Expansion.

3. cost Management:

maintain Ratio of Expense to Travel & Field Promotion Activities as per Budget.

4. credit Management:

responsible for Collection of Major Payments.

balance Confirmation On Regular Basis from all Channel Partners.

responsible for Account Settlement.

5. field Promotion Management:

responsible for Demos & Follow Ups for Existing Products.

responsible for Conducting Pre Launching Meetings of New Products.

prepare Roadmap for Field Assistants.

strategy Making for Promotional Campaigns.

conducting Training Programs for New Products to Fa's, Mdo's & Potential Farmers.

6. customer Management:

compiling & Feeding of Farmers Data/dealer /sub-dealer Data & Customer Handling for the Same.

7. channel Management:

appointing New Channel Partners like Dealers, Distributors & Govt. Institutions for Improving Channel Productivity.

8. reporting Statutory & Process Development:

sending Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports & also Monitoring Reports of Fa's On Daily Basis.
