Job Description

Responsible for creation, execution of sales plan and revenue target in alignment with business objectives.

- Maintain long term relationship with customers to generate additional revenue for the organization

- Identify and enlarge Targeted Customer Base and Industry to map potential customers and generate leads/ new opportunities.

- Work in coordination with Pricing/ Procurement team to provide best possible quote to customers as well as secure good margin for the company too

- Ensuring Proper training, mentoring, coaching is given to the team members thereby contributing to the organizational success.

About PEOPLEKALAN

• Should have handled complete gamut of employee relations & industrial relations at factory.
• Exposure to plant administration, Labour Management, Union handling/ Labour grievances.
• Hard core experience statutory compliances like PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Payment of Wages Act, Employment Exchange etc.
• Liasioning with various government authorities like Factory Inspector, EPF, Labour Officer, Police Stations, ESIC, Industrial associations.
• Conversant with all Labour Laws/ Disciplinary action.
• Payroll Management.
• Vendor Management
