Job Description

1. Accountable for Overall Business in entire Region, Recruitment & Starting locations in Region

2. Heading a team of ASMs, BSMs & DST team for meeting Disbursement Target of LAP and Sales of Cross Sell products.

3. Responsible for managing P&L for the Region & employee Productivity.

4. Responsible for keeping Delinquency under check while consistently increasing business volume

5. Responsible for hiring right manpower across functions/levels and overseeing the product trainings & mentoring them for sustained performance

6. Scrutinizing cases & analysing them before presenting for Credit decision, Partial credit activities handled at own level along with structuring the overall deal.

7. To maintain Quality of the Portfolio as per Credit Norms, new business development plans and project deliverables. Mark and Create processes for the Region.

8. Establish and maintain communication (internal and external) procedures and criterion.

9. To ascertain credit perspective and balance the right mixture of Buffer Value in Loans and meeting the client's requirements.
