Achievement of Business plan for the given territory

Achievement of sales, Collection, Retail & Market share targets of assigned dealers wise/territory wise target

Responsible for Network expansion and overall business expansion

Personnel Management-Appointment &training, Performance monitoring, Retention.

Market development- Planning and Implementation of Marketing activity as per SOP, Weak area development, Participation in field activities.

Dealer funding Management-Monitoring and retail Vs Collection, Advance tracking sheet updation &monitoring,

Monitoring delivery to collection

Customer feedback- Product performance, Lost business analysis, Competition info.

Market information- Gathering market information through meeting competition customers, dealers, influencer etc.

Responsibilities:

Conduct meetings / training & various events for team motivation

Long term business planning for the zone & forecasting sales- Quarterly / Half yearly / Annual.

Managing the regional dealer network

Prepare & achieve Quarterly / Half yearly/ Annual plan for zone assigned

Effective utilization of manpower within the zone

Coaching of Area Manager & Territory Manager

Responsible for continual feedback to the company from time to time on competition, Product Quality, Business Opportunities and other factors effecting company business.

Responsible for conducting promotional activities.

Achievement of set targets.

Team management

RM- Will he handle all 5 states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, CHG, & Goa

Location- West RM will operate from home as a resident manager? In North from Delhi office but in west headquarter can be Pune/Ahmedabad / Gujarat can operate from home
