Regional Manager

Area of applicability: Assigned Region

Reporting to: Zone Manager ? Purpose:

To handle designated area and keeping focus on prevailing market. Under whom, team of ASMs & TMEs will work

Duties & responsibilities:

A) Business Development

Helps to protect existing markets and/ or to achieve growth and profitability targets based on an optimum product mix. ? Builds/maintains/supports relationship and co-operation with sales, marketing and external functions in Regions and ensures the most suitable product mix and distribution channels for the portfolio across region to support driving profitable growth. ? Execute the marketing plans including tracking promotions to ensure corporate objectives are met. ? Ensure accurate representation of ALTRET to the community with regards to product specific regulations and information ? To analyze the monthly profitability of his area and responsible for define, development & ability to Sustain of new as well as existing area and clients ? Keeping total track of respective area and its working ? Monitor competitor products, pricing, weakness and strengths to accordingly develop business strategy to achieve business goal. ? Technical supports to subordinates, dealers as well as to end-users whenever needed & if necessary take guidelines from respective head. ? Arrangement of Seminar and training in respective region ? Preparation of quarterly performance reports for their region with the help of ASM
