Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities and Duties

Developing new markets for the company

Should to be able to handle large teams and clients

Should be proficient to work with franchisee and educational institutions

Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;

Addressing customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;

Managing & Updating Database through System

Negotiation Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Preferably MBA Professionals with Marketing/Sales background

with 2 years of work experience

willing to relocate anywhere in India or Aboard


· Ability to work independently & lead multiple sales projects simultaneously to meet the deadlines

· Strong presentation & communication skills

· Self motivated, high on energy and having excellent inter-personal skills


Monthly Sales Incentive

Travel Allowance

Mobile Allowance the terms of an agreement and closing sales
