Post: Recruitment Consultant / Senior Executive Recruitment (Designation will be dependent on work experience).

Working hours: Monday to Friday am pm (including 1 hour lunch), Saturday: 10 am 3 pm. 2nd Saturday close.

Leave policies: Leave policies will be started after provision periods (after 6 months). Apart from the listed holidays there are 12 casual leaves + 8 Sick leaves. Employee has the scope of leave encashment.

Work Profile:

Responsible for end to end recruitment and handle recruitment for Entry level, Middle and Senior level positions.

Understand the requirement of the client for both IT and Non- IT positions. - Sourcing and Screening of CV's through various Sources, job-portals (Naukri and Times), Social networks and References.

Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

Regular follow up with the candidates till replacement periods.
