Hr Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, Hr Management, Hr Assistant, Hr CoordinatorJOB DESCRIPTION

-To learn to be, and become, an effective Recruitment Consultant

-To ensure at all times that you are acting in the best interests of clients, candidates and ASAP

-To learn to build a successful desk, demonstrating a proactive and forward-thinking approach in your drive for continuous improvement

-To generate an agreed level of revenue for the Company, whilst maintaining a quality service built on honesty, integrity and professionalism

-To think like an entrepreneur, not an employee taking ownership of your own success

Main Duties:

-To work with the existing team, and learn to take ownership of your desk and grow your own client and candidate portfolio

-To be proactive in business development

-To be proactive in remaining abreast of trends and developments within recruitment industry

-To contribute to the team through day-to-day involvement and ad hoc project work

-To generate business by Cold calling (Tele-sales) and via building network.

-Interviewing and liaising with candidates to determine their personal strengths and job requirements

-Providing advice on the career opportunities in the markets we serve, including how to improve a CV

-Briefing candidates on suitable roles and preparing them for interviews

-Managing the recruitment process, from the initial interview through to the offer being made. You will also facilitate negotiations between the client and candidate, such as salary and start date, and provide feedback before and after interviews

-Maintaining the candidate database and promoting jobs to new and existing candidates

Clients

-Introducing suitable candidates to new and existing clients

-Developing long term relationships with clients by building an understanding of their structure, culture, hiring needs and preferences

-Supplying carefully selected shortlists of candidates

-Designing and running recruitment campaigns including the creation of advertisements
