Screening resumes based on client Requirements
Generating database of Candidates through different sources such as Job Fairs, Social Media, Cold calling, etc
Following up the candidates from Sourcing till placing them with our clients
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Maintaining good relationships with all the candidates and clients
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Responsibility
Responsible for screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements
Responsible for conducting reference checks by verifying employment information and contacting the professional and personal contacts provided by the candidate
Introduces process improvements and keeps the complex system of the recruitment measurement
Monitors trends on the job market and analyzes the recruitment data available in the organization
Analyzes the recruitment software and implements changes and improvements
