Skills & experience required:

- Minimum 2 years experience in hiring and recruitment is a MUST in the banking domain preferably BFSI - IT or NON IT

- Must have done end-to-end recruitment from sourcing till on-boarding.

- Client Relationship - Front ending & negotiation skills

- Must be quick and focused while at the same time not compromising the quality of candidates sourced.

- Should be well versed in using job portals and good at networking with candidates.

- Must be fluent in communication & excellent command of English

- Experience in using job portals LinkedIn.

Job description:

Hiring & Recruitment

1) Full life cycle (End-To-End) recruitment.

2)Sourcing relevant profiles from Portals, Internal Database, Mass Mailing, Referencing, competition mapping, headhunting etc.

Screening (telephonic & F2F) candidates as per the JD & JS.

Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization and benefits.

3)Scheduling interviews, offer negotiation and pre-offer formalities.

4)Coordinating and follow up with the candidates till they are on board.
